Dr. Brijesh has served in key positions of Junior Chamber International (JCI INDIA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Lions Club. .He has also travelled extensively all over India and to Europe, South America, Middle East, Chinese territory and South East Asian Countries. In 2010, he was selected as the Team member of Rotary International Group Study Exchange Programme to Brazil, Turkey.
