Jyoti Kumari is an attorney at bar and a registered Indian Patent Agent with over 16 years of experience in IP prosecution and enforcement of IP rights. Jyoti has represented large corporates, SMEs, start-ups and research institutes operating in the field of in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, chemicals, FMCG, biomedical devices and bioinformatics before the Indian Patent Office in connection with the prosecution and enforcement of Patent rights. She assists clients with patent searches and renders opinion on patentability and infringement analysis. She assist clients in managing their IP portfolios. She has been involved in guiding and managing the IP portfolio for many start-ups. Jyoti has thorough experience in handling opposition matters, conducting IP due diligence and vetting of Technology License Agreements.
