Set up a unit for the commercial production of microbial enzymes for fruit Processing Industries.

Designed a Unit for commercial production of cashew Fenny near Kundapura and helped farmers financially by purchasing cashew fruits which were otherwise left to rot.

Developed fruit products for Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce Processing & Marketing Corporation, Shimla suitable for packing in Tetra pack and pet bottles. The popular products Apple juice and Orange juice are being marketed by HPMC.

Worked at Orkay Instant Foods ,Bengaluru as General Manager for over  a decade during which  period, developed and improved a number of Instant Food Mixes  accepted by  consumers.

Joined Vittal Mallya Scientific Research Foundation(VMSRF) Bengaluru as Scientist.

Achievements in VMSRF:

• Scale up process for Soluneem (a water soluble insecticide)
• Standardization of product CHECKMITE(to control dust mites)
• Initiated research to enhance anti-oxidants in Guava by fermentation
• Standardization of tablets and capsules Hydroxycitric Acid for weight management for commercial production.
