Dr. Nimitha Jayan is a highly skilled Psychiatrist, Geriatric Psychiatrist, and Integrative Psychiatrist-Super Specialist, with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders across different age groups. She holds an MD in Psychiatry, DNB in Psychiatry, and a DM in Geriatric Psychiatry, with a strong academic and research background. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrative Mental Health, Dr. Jayan is dedicated to advancing patient care through a combination of traditional and modern treatment approaches.

With years of experience as a Specialist Psychiatrist in Dubai, an Assistant Professor in Geriatric Mental Health at KGMU, Lucknow, and a resident in leading medical institutions, she has developed expertise in geriatric syndromes such as dementia, depression, and delirium, as well as neuromodulation techniques and non-pharmacological interventions for mental health.

She has authored numerous publications in national and international journals, contributing valuable research in areas like bipolar affective disorder, psychosis, chronic pain, and neuropsychiatric conditions.
